By accessing or using the Fit Bella Sculptory website, booking a consultation, or purchasing services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Fit Bella Sculptory offers wellness, non-invasive aesthetic treatments, body contouring, laser services, and medical aesthetic procedures. Certain services are provided under physician oversight and require patient screening, intake, and eligibility evaluation prior to treatment.

Treatment recommendations are individualized. Not every service is appropriate for every patient. Results may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

Appointments may require a deposit or card on file to reserve. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, and same-day reschedules may be subject to a fee equal to all or part of the booked service. Deposits may be forfeited where applicable.

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Member benefits and included treatments are described on the Memberships page and may be updated from time to time. Unused monthly benefits do not roll over unless stated. Cancellations must be made in writing prior to the next billing cycle.

Product Purchases & Returns

All product sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival. Skincare, supplements, peptides, wellness injections, and intimate apparel are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Pricing & Payment

Prices for treatments, products, and memberships are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
